June 25, 2017: Josh C
Class of 2018
Today I met Josh for the first time. What a truly beautiful soul. I loved the way we connected as if we had known each other forever. His spirit was full of life and the way he connected with the camera was awesome. Our day was a bit overcast, which made for some great photos. The photo above is one of my favorites for many reasons, but mainly because I caught a moment when he was just taking everything in and deeply thinking about it. Josh is a senior at Dexter High School and has a love for soccer. His family has a Dodge Charger which they take great pride in and so did Josh, he liked posing in front of it. When I'm doing a senior session I love to connect so I can pull out the clients personality. I want parents to look at the photo as if their child is standing in front of them or laughing out loud and they can actually hear it. With Josh I was able to capture many different looks and laughter. His dad was good at making him smile in the back ground. Of course since dad was behind me I wasn't sure what he was doing that was so funny ;) I look forward to editing the rest of Josh's session and sharing these beautiful images with his family and friends. I will also follow along with Josh's senior year, as I love to see how these great kids grow and succeed at their next journey in life! Remember senior photos don't have to be stressful, just be yourself and trust in me to produce awesome end results... just bring that smile with you!
